Viktor Nilov: "Road accidents take a heavy toll on the young generation"

At the recent meeting of the Congress Organicom, Chief of Road Safety Division at the National Police Viktor Nilov spoke of the relevance of the forthcoming Congress in the light of UNGASS Resolution on road safety sponsored by Russia. The Resolution notes that road accidents take a heavy toll on the young generation, the most productive pert of the population.
