Peacebuilding tunes build unity among the Commonwealth, North America and Africa

In summer, the orchestra has done a lot to prepare for the new season. Together with the US National Youth Orchestra, they performed a free concert and a rehearsal session.

On 10 August, the chapel orchestra visited Tunisia to play masterpieces by world famous Russian composers Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Mikhail Glinka, Pyotr Tchaikovsky, and others. The concert gathered people of various nations and continents and became a true humanitarian mission of the orchestra.

In 2009, the IPA CIS revived the historic Tavricheskaya chapel orchestra to mark the 220th anniversary of the Tavricheskiy Palace, a landmark of Russian architecture of the XVIII century. The orchestra is a creative group of independent ensembles.
