Tavricheskiy Palace welcomes youngsters

For the second straight year IPA CIS opens its doors for children, a remake of the old tradition of winter balls for children in the Tavricheskiy Palace. The initiative to revive the old tradition belongs to Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko.
