The Tavricheskiy Palace revives an ancient tradition of fur-tree festivals

Young Petropolitans flock to the Tavricheskiy in company with their parents.

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko proposed to revive an old tradition of fur-tree festivals. This will be a gesture of goodwill from the IPA CIS for the benefit of the young Petro-City dwellers. Says Deputy Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Sergey Kourdin: the last fur-tree festival in the Tavricheskiy was 22 years ago today. We are happy to see this tradition back, together with the kids and their happy faces.
