It is indeed symbolic that the FC will sit in the Tavricheskiy, the seat of the first Russian Douma and the HQ of IPA CIS. The agenda of the meeting is really extensive with some 80 items for discussion. Among the is the appointment of Chief Justice of the High Court of Arbitration.
