54 Foreign Polling Stations To Be Open for Voting in Elections of President of Republic of Uzbekistan

54 polling stations will be opened for voting in the elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the diplomatic missions and consular offices of Uzbekistan in foreign countries.

 The regular meeting of the Central Election Commission (CEC), held on 25 August and chaired by Zainiddin Nizamkhodzhaev, approved measures preventing the spread of coronavirus infection during the elections.

The CEC also reported that 757 Uzbek and 48 foreign media have already been accredited for the upcoming elections.

The elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be held on 24 October 2021.
