CIS MPs Monitor Presidential Elections in Kazakhstan

The presidential elections take place in the Republic of Kazakhstan. MPs of the Commonwealth countries monitor the voting at polling stations as part of the IPA CIS international Observer Team.

MPs of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan monitor the voting in Kazakhstan and at polling stations abroad.

The IPA CIS observers note the high level of preparations for the elections and the noticeable activity of citizens – the first voters came to the polling stations even before their opening.

The result of the observation will be a final statement in which the Observer Team will assess the presidential elections in Kazakhstan.
