Dmitriy Kobitskiy Signed Cooperation Agreements with Leading Universities of Republic of Armenia

Today, Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy visited the universities of Yerevan within the framework of his visit to the Republic of Armenia.
Yerevan State University (YSU) provided a venue for the meeting of the IPA CIS representatives with Acting Rector of YSU, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Gegham Gevorgyan. The parties discussed relevant issues in the field of education and prospects for further cooperation.
Dmitriy Kobitskiy told about the activity of the IPA CIS, including the model law-making that requires legal analysis of the drafted documents. According to the Secretary General, cooperation with the universities provides a good legal framework for this process.
During the meeting with Pro-Rector for Research of the Russian-Armenian University, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, full member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Russia Pargev Avetisyan, the parties noted the importance of engagement of Armenian and Russian universities.
Dmitriy Kobitskiy signed the cooperation agreements with both universities.
