IPA CIS Observers Attended Opening of Polling Stations in Republic Armenia

IPA CIS Observer Team Coordinator, Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Belarus on Industry, Fuel-Energy Complex, Transport and Communication Igor Komarovsky and Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy started monitoring of the elections at the polling station in Yerevan.

The IPA CIS international observers spoke with members of the election commissions, national observers and voters. Members of the IPA CIS Observer Team noted the availability and completeness of the information materials and the free expression of the voters’ will.

During the day, the IPA CIS observers will work in accordance with individual schedules at polling stations in different regions of the republic.

The Observer Team is composed by the MPs from seven IPA CIS Member Nations: the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the representatives of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat, including the IIMDD IPA CIS experts.
