Andrey Naumovich: "All is within the bounds of the law"

IPA CIS observation team leader Andrey Naumovich shared his impressions on the work of the observers with the media. On the eve of the elections we met with the leaders of political parties and were thoroughly briefed by them. Our conclusion is that all is within the bounds of the law.
