IPA CIS international observers say they have no substantial comments to make

IPA CIS international observers follow assigned routs and monitor elections at ex-patria polling stations in Baku, Minsk, Moscow and Hujand. According to the IPA CIS Secretary General, all observers witnessed the opening of polling stations in Dushanbeh. No irregularities were reported. Polling boxes were in place and sealed. Voting booths were ready and the polling stations opened as scheduled at six a.m. sharp. All proceeds according to the law. One would expect few voters at six in the morning, however the flow of voters thickened pretty soon even to form small queues. So far no comments to offer.
