By-elections to the Ukrainian parliament: voting finished

After the elections, members of the IPA CIS Observer Team came together for a final discussion of their findings. After visiting 53 polling stations and an exchange of views regarding the voting process, the observers drafted a preliminary report adopted at the final meeting.
