CIS parliamentarians pay tribute to Heydar Aliev

Baku is hosting the international seminar Election Laws in CIS Countries: Improvement Pathways and Enforcement Practices. The participants of the seminar laid flowers and wreaths to the tomb of the late Heydar Aliev, an iconic national leader of Azerbaijan.
