CIS mission: "The referendum in Armenia was free and open"

The CIS observer mission visited 508 polling stations across Armenia. Yevgeny Sloboda, Head of Mission, reported that no violations were registered.

IPA CIS Observer Team Coordinator Akramsho Felaliyev noted that “the procedure of forming the commissions allowed for the inclusion of representatives of various political parties and the media, which facilitated the transparency of voting”.

The presence of national and international observers also and the media also contributed to the overall openness of voting.
