Foreign voting stations open up for the election of the President of Moldova

Moldovan citizens living outside the country can fulfill their civic duty at the polling stations beyond Moldova.

President of the Republic of Moldova is elected on the basis of universal, equal and direct suffrage through secret and free voting. Those citizens of the Republic of Moldova, who have reached the age of 18 by the day of the election, are eligible to run for office, unless deprived of this right as prescribed by the law.

IPA CIS observers perform their efforts at foreign voting stations in Baku, Minsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg.
