Higher voter turnout is expected in St Petersburg toward the evening

IPA CIS observers visited the SPB-base polling station for the second time to hear from the Chairmen of the local elecom and Consul General of Azerbaijan Elshad Gulamov on the work of the IPA CIS observers in Azerbaijan.

He also said that higher voter turnout is expected as the day draws to a close, since the E-day is a workday in Russia, while in Azerbaijan it was a holiday.
