IIMDD Cisinau Office and national CEC of Moldova signed an agreement on cooperation. The document sets out priorities for the tqo organizations: best practices in the preparations and conduct of elections, guarantees of rights of all election stakeholders, use of IT and voter registration systems during the elections and education of voters.

CEC Chairman Yuri Chokan said the agreement was important as a stabilizing factor in the electoral process.
