IIMDD IPA CIS Baku Office initiates a sociological study

In accordance with the action plan for the second half of 2019, the IIMDD IPA CIS Baku Office initiated a research on the role of the local authorities in building civil society and state of law in the Azerbaijan Republic. The findings are to be published by the end of September 2019.
