International observers from the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly visited the polling stations on election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

IPA CIS International observers conducted the most complete monitoring of the voting process at the special elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They attended the opening of polling stations in Nur Sultan. In that day international observers visited polling stations in the capital, as well as in Akmola, Zhambyl and Karaganda regions. In addition, observers from the CIS IPA participated in the monitoring of the voting process at six foreign polling stations established at the diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Baku (Azerbaijan Republic), Yerevan (Republic of Armenia), Minsk (Republic of Belarus), Bishkek (Kyrghyz Republic), Moscow and St. Petersburg (Russian Federation).  

At the monitored polling stations the voting process was organized at a sufficiently high level and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
