International observers of the IPA CIS are coming to Bishkek

International observers of the IPA CIS are coming to Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyz Republic for election monitoring. The election to Jogorku Kenesh will take place on 4 October 2015.
Vladimir Vityuk, the Head of Parliament of the Republuc of Moldova was assigned to coordinate 32 observers from 7 CIS countries (the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Tajikistan).
