IPA CIS international observers held a final meeting in Bishkek

The members of the team of the IPA CIS international observers held a meeting on the results of monitoring of preparation to and conducting of the referendum to amend the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting the participants exchanged impressions after observing the voting process at the polling stations in Bishkek and settlements of the Chui region of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Director of the International Institute of Monitoring Democratic Development, Parliamentarism and Suffrage Protections of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations Dmitriy Gladey presented a summary of the monitoring results, as well as information on the observation the referendum process at polling stations in Baku, Minsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Participants discussed and adopted the final document on the results of monitoring.
