Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic met with the team of the IPA CIS international observers

The IPA CIS international observers led by Coordinator, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov, met with Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov.

The Prime Minister thanked the IPA CIS observers for their active efforts in the monitoring of the electoral process and the referendum in the Kyrgyz Republic. Eduard Sharmazanov congratulated citizens and the Republic's leaders on the successful holding of the recent electoral campaigns and the referendum. He noted that all the political parties of the Kyrgyz Republic had equal opportunities at the elections.

Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia at the IPA CIS Haik Chilingaryan also congratulated the Kyrgyz Republic on the successful holding the electoral campaigns and reported that the elections had been transparent, open and held with a high quality with the use of modern election technologies.

Members of the observer team, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic on Public Health Musa Guliyev and member of the Committee of Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on Energy, Industry, Construction and Communication Hisrav Abdunazar noted that Kyrgyzstan had demonstrated a successful track record in implementing IT and communication technologies in the electoral process.

Director of the International Institute of Monitoring Democratic Development, Parliamentarism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations Dmitriy Gladey assured Sooronbay Jeenbekov that the IIMDD IPA CIS was always ready to provide expert support for the activities of the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In conclusion, Eduard Sharmazanov expressed confidence in continued and enhanced cooperation within IPA CIS, CSTO and EAEU as effective dialogue platforms to strengthen the interaction.
