By 2 pm time 61.2 per cent of total registered voters have come to the polling station at the Tajik embassy in Moscow.
The IPA CIS international observers noted the high level of preparation of the polling station to the elections.
According to the CEC, by 2 pm Dushanbe time 2 862 163 voters, or 68% of the total number, have casted their votes.
