Galina Nikolayeva: Elections are flowing smoothly

In an interview to the Voice of Russia radio station, Galina Nikolayeva, IPA CIS international observer, member, FC Committee on Science, Education, Culture and Information Policy, spoke about the positive attitude of voters at polling stations and technical aspects of voting, and noted a high turnout.

“Election campaigns featured meetings of all the candidates with voters under the administrative supervision of the CEC”.

Also, IPA CIS international long-term observers noted a seamless nature of campaigning prior to the elections.
