IPA CIS Observer Team. Final briefing in Astana

Andrey Baranov, Director, IMDP IPA CIS, presented the cumulative results from Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Bishkek, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The team discussed and adopted the draft final document of the mission. As a comprehensive finding, the team reported that the election on 26 April complied with international legal norms and principles.
