IPA CIS observers visit the head office of the ODIHR mission

Viktor Guminsky, Coordinator, Viktor Kogut, Representative of Belarus to the IPA CIS, and Andrey Baranov, Director, IMDP IPA CIS, met with the leader of the ODIHR team Cornelia Yonker and Megan Fitzgerald, her deputy. The teams were common in stressing the need for effective exchanges in field work and analyses.
