IPA CIS observers finish their mission at stations beyond Kazakhstan

IPA CIS international observers reported on their activities in Baku, Yerevan, Minsk, Bishkek and St. Petersburg.
In Baku 156 voters cast their votes, 40 of them were added to an addition voter list, 7 used absentee certificates. The observers did not identify any violations in the voting process.
Bishkek gave the opportunity to vote to 190 voters – 59 through an additional list and 10 through absentee certificates.
502 people voted in St. Petersburg (92 through an additional list 15 through absentee certificates).
64 voters came to express their will in Yerevan.
1179 voted in Moscow (50 used absentee certificates).
