IPA CIS observers inspected the activities of a district and local elecom

Members of the IPA CIS team of observers to monitor parliamentary elections in Tajikistan visited district elecom #3 and local elecom #8 in Dushanbe. The observers were briefed on the activities of these two electoral locales.
