IPA CIS observers invited to monitor the presidential campaign in the Republic of Tajikistan

On 20 September, the IPA CIS Council Secretariat received the official invitation from Tajikistan. In particular, it states that, according to the national law on presidential elections, missions of international organizations shall include international observers.

Tajikistan will elect president on 6 November 2013.
