Ready. Steady. Go! Elections in Azerbaijan started its official course

According to the CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov, every candidate is entitled to six hours of public broadcast for free outreach to the voters. The campaign shall terminate at 8 a.m. local time on 8 October. The presidential term in Azerbaijan is five years.

IPA CIS observation team will monitor the course of the campaign and report appropriately on the results.
