IPA CIS observers met with the presidential hopeful from the Communist Party of Tajikistan

Members of the observation mission met with the Chairman of the CPT, candidate for the Presidency, Ismoil Talbakov in the party HQ. The observers briefed the meeting on the results of long-term monitoring for the period between 30 August till November1, 2013. Ismoil Talbakov briefed the observers about the highlights of his electoral platform. Presidential elections in Tajikistan are due to take place on 6 November 2013.
