IPA CIS observers monitor by-elections of MPs in Ukraine

Members of the observer team monitor voting in the regions of Ukraine. They talk to heads and members of local elecoms, local and international observers, collect data on the turnout rate, number of voters registered at each district, inquire about the process, possible infractions and ways to address them. Also, the observers accompanied members of local elecoms at home voting and visited district elecoms.
