IPA CIS observers reported no violations in Kiyev

IPA CIS international observers monitoring presidential elections in Tajikistan inspected the PS deployed at the Tajik Embassy in Kiyev. Observers noted that the PS was dully equipped in conformity with national law and international standards. The PS opened at 6 a.m. sharp. Polling boxes sealed as witnessed by the observers.
