IPA CIS observers work at polling stations beyond Bishkek

IPA CIS observers are taking part in the short-term monitoring mission to observe the referendum on constitutional amendments in the Republic of Tajikistan. They have deployed missions at polling stations beyond Tajikistan – in Baku, Minsk, Bishkek, and Moscow.

The IPA CIS Observer Team has been formed on the invitation of the Parliament of Tajikistan and mandated to perform long-term and short-term monitoring missions in the country, observing preparation and set-up for the referendum on amending Tajikistan's constitution.
