Cisinau Office of the CIS IIMDD to hold an international conference

On 21 June 2013, Cisinau will host an international symposium Role of Civil Institutions in the Elactoral Process. This is the first significant international event convened by the Kishinev Office of the CIS IIMDD opened for business late last year. The conference will be attended by members of the Moldovan Parliament, the CEC, experts and researchers.
The symposium will hear reports on the research made by the Office’s staff and analysts of the National Academy of Sciences of Moldova. The discussion will focus on the role of community organizations in the electoral process, media practices and dynamics of the public opinion in Moldova on the organization of elections in the country.
