Outcomes of the National Congress of Young Voters are available

Co-organized by the CEC, St. Petersburg regional EC, the Center for Capacity Building of Election Operators and IMDP IPA CIS, the Congress focused on discussions, recommendations and reaching a common opinion on St. Petersburg Principles of Web-based Electoral Ethics, a proposed tool to establish ties among those voters who use the Internet. The forum itself was hosted online in one of the major social networks in the Commonwealth. Andrey Baranov, Director, IMDP IPA CIS, took part in the Congress. He shared on the related progress ensured by the IMDP office in Baku, Yerevan and Chisinau. Deputy Head CEC Leonid Ivlev, his colleagues from regions and experts exchanged views at the final meeting.
