St Petersburg hosts a nation-wide congress of young voters

The Russian CEC, the National Training Center for Voting Technologies at the National CEC, the St Petersburg MEC, the IPA CIS IIMDD jointly facilitate the Congress. Chairman of the St Petersburg Elecom Alexey Puchnin said that the mission of the Congress was building a consensus on the Petersburg Principles of On-line Electoral Ethics, a set of rules regulating the behavior of internet users during election campaigns.
