The Annals of the Russian Constituent Assembly presented in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Members of St. Petersburg Election Commission led by Alexey Puchnin, academia and IPA CIS Secretariat senior staff took part in the presentation. Andrey Baranov, Director of IMDP IPA CIS, welcomed the guests. 

“Research into the roots of the Russian parliamentarianism is a big part of encyclopedic research. It is an important contribution to the promotion of parliamentary dimension and democracy”, said Andrey Baranov.
