The coordinator of the group of IPA CIS observers visited TEC № 17 of the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg

The coordinator of the group of international IPA CIS observers Ziyafat Asgarov visited the Territorial Election Commission № 17 of the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg, within the long-term monitoring of the presidential elections in the Russian Federation, and met with its Chairman Vasily Demkin.

Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Labor and Social Policy of the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijan Republic Rauf Aliyev, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijan Republic Aidyn Jafarov and Director of the IPA CIS IIMDD Baku branch Elman Imamaliyev took part in the meeting.

The chairman of the Territorial Electoral Commission № 17 told about the preparations for the elections. Answering the question of Ziyafat Asgarov, he reported on the progress of the correction of voter lists. In addition, he drew a specific example for the IPA CIS observers about the process of accepting an application for voting at the location.
