Viktor Kogut continued his working visit in the Pskov region within the monitoring the presidential elections in the Russian Federation

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Kogut continued his working visit in the Pskov region within the long-term monitoring of the elections of the President of the Russian Federation.

Viktor Kogut met with Viktor Tamgin, Chairman of the Territorial Election Commission of the the town of Velikiye Luki. The IPA CIS observers was informed about the training of commission members and public observers, the progress of receiving applications for voting at the location, the organization of video surveillance at commissions and polling stations, as well as the addressing of electoral disputes.
