Vladimir Garkoun shares views on the work of the CIS election observation mission

Vladimir Garkoun, First Deputy Chairman, CIS Execom, Deputy Executive Secretary, is taking part at the Conference. Sharing views on the current election-related efforts of the CIS, he mentioned the 13th anniversary of the IPA CIS IMDP and stressed the recent bigger focus on long-term monitoring which makes the role of the Institute even more relevant.
