Workshop on training of election observers in Minchegaur

Azerbaijani parliamentarians, scholars and experts, including Arif Rahimzade, Chairman, IPA CIS PC on Social Policy and Human Rights, Chairman, Committee on Regional Affairs of the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Aydin Jafarov, Deputy IPA CIS Secretary General, RR of Azerbaijan at the IPA CIS, came together in the town of Minchegaur to discuss local governance in the region, legal frameworks of election observation, practices of international election observation in Azerbaijan and the status of preparation of the local elections on 23 December 2014.
