Conference on electoral processes in the CIS ends in Minsk

The participants took stock of the Conference on Electoral Processes across the CIS. In the course of the 2 day-deliberations, they covered the issues related to the improvement of electoral framework in the CIS and shaping common European approaches to international election observation missions.

Alexey Sergeev, IPA CIS SG, thanked the participants for their contribution. He stressed there was a lot of media interest toward the Conference, which “speaks for the quality of expertise and the relevance of its agenda”.
