Experts Supported Concepts of Model Laws on Agreements on Transfer of Property into Ownership and on Cadastral Valuation

On 11 May, a meeting of the Expert Advisory Board at the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace. CIS experts considered the concepts of Model Laws on Agreements on Transfer of Property into Ownership and on State Cadastral Valuation, made proposals for improving the drafts and decided to submit them to the relevant Commission for consideration.
The event was presided by Chair of the Expert Advisory Board, judge of the 1st Western District Military Court, Member of the Council of the St. Petersburg Regional Branch of the “Russian Association of Judges” Yury Kozlov. Chair of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues, Chair of the Committee of the Majlisi namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on Legislation and Human Rights Ravshan Rajabzoda took part in the work of the Board via video-conferencing.
Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy welcomed the participants and stressed the relevance of the draft model laws submitted for discussion.
