Experts to resume their work on the draft Convention on the Preservation of the CIS Cultural Heritage

On 2 February 2018 – in the Year of Culture in the Commonwealth – the working group on drafting the Convention on the Preservation of the CIS Member Nations’ Cultural Heritage will hold its regular meeting.

Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights Tigran Urikhanyan, Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Viktor Kogut (delegated powers), Deputy Chairperson of the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Science, Education and Culture, Chairman of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Culture, Information, Tourism and Sport Sergey Rybakov, First Deputy Chairperson of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Committee on Culture Elena Drapeko, as well as experts in the field of tourism, are expected to participate in the event.
