IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues ends its session

Today, the Tavricheskiy Palace – the IPA CIS headquarters – held the session of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues. During the session the participants elected the new chairperson – Nasriddinzoda Emomali Saifiddin, Chairperson of the Committee on Legislation and Human Rights of the Majlisi namoyandogon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The members of the session considered draft model laws on courts of arbitration and on parliamentary investigative procedure.

The Commission members also analyzed the implementation of model laws on state property registry, on notary services, on state property, on public autonomous associations.

On 20 May, the Commission members will attend the 44^th Plenary Session of the IPA CIS.
