IPA CIS Working Group prepared the next section of the dictionary of legal terms

During the IPA CIS Autumn Session, a regular meeting of the IPA CIS working group on drafting the dictionary of legal terms took place in Tavrichesky Palace.

The uniform dictionary is the most effective solution for aligning terms and definitions used in the law-making activity of the Commission.

According to the decision, IPA CIS model laws and national laws of the Commonwealth countries are used to form the dictionary content. Every term (notion) is first described in terms of model legislation and then from the perspective of national legislation.
