Joint Commission on the Alignment of Legislation in the Fields of Security and Countering New Challenges and Threats at the IPA CIS completed its session

Joint Commission on the Alignment of Legislation in the Fields of Security and Countering New Challenges and Threats at the IPA CIS held its regular meeting in the Tavrichesky Palace.

The Commission considered implementation of activities within intergovernmental policies on designing model normative acts focused on the alignment of legislation in the following spheres:

— defining and clarification of the status of NGOs;

— countering terrorism and extremism;

— security at major sport events;

— humanitarian protection;

— civil protection;

— defining of the status of volunteer firemen;

— private security and investigation.
