Meeting of the Board of Experts at the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Chair of the Board of Experts Yuriy Kozlov made reports “On the adoption of the draft documents of the Board of Experts of 1 March 2017” and “On deadlines and motions for inclusion in the agenda of the next meeting of the Board”.

Advisor to the President of the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers Igor Kalyapin made a report on the draft Model Law on Legal Practice and Attorneyship.

Associate professor of the Department of Civil and Labor Law of the North-West Institute of Management, branch of RANEPA, Valentina Esenova informed the participants about the concept and structure of the draft Model Law on Forensics.

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Plenipotentiary Representative of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Irina Sokolova attended the meeting.
