Regular meeting of the IPA CIS PC on Legal Issues took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The Commission debated the draft model law Legal Practice and Attorneyship, discussed the concept of the draft Recommendations on Regulation and Developing of Young Parliament Activities in the CIS, shared views on the outcomes of the regular meeting of the IPA CIS Board of Experts at the IPA CIS PC on Legal Issues and took action on the developed proposals.
The Commission members also discussed the progress in developing model laws On Mortgage, Trust Management of Assets, Inheritance Entitlement.
The participants also discussed the results of the Commission's work in 2016.
